Payment Terms

You can book a bungalow in Mango Village Guhagar by paying only Rs 1,00,000 (Rupees One Lakh only) as the token amount. You can register the agreement after paying 10% of the cost of bungalow. The rest of the amount can be paid in easy installments until the possession of the bungalow is handed over.

If you are based in India or if you are an NRI, you can easily avail of home loan to acquire a property in Mango Village.

Mango Village Guhagar is one of the few projects approved by HDFC Home Loans (P-898768) and TJSB Sahakari Bank in the Konkan area. Our customers have also availed of loans from State Bank of India, Bank of India, LIC Home Loans, IDBI Bank and Thane Bharat Sahakari Bank. However, you may apply for loan to the bank of your choice and we will co-operate with the bank officials to quickly facilitate your loan application.
